10. You remember those Frankie and Annette beach movies from the mid-60s? I swear, every other scene in those movies included a close-up of some dancing girl’s butt. Good to see that cinematographic genius left an impression of the artists working on the comic book adaptations of those films.

11. Whew, is that Tony Tallarico (Dell’s superhero Dracula) artwork I smell? Somebody light a match!

17. Research suggests Jack Keller did the COVERS for the series. Some online shops list him as the interior artist as well, but comparison of the images posted here against other works by Keller and/or Tallarico will quickly settle any questions.

    Even further Googling says Bill Fraccio did the interior pencils, while Tallarico did the inks.

18. I’ll have to take a look at the comic again (I don’t have it here at home with me), but I remember “Keller” being on the interior credits. I’ll check when next at the shop.

19. The apostrophe should be BEFORE the N, to mark the first missing sound; arguably there should be two apostrophes. But the way they have it, it’s an apostrophe catastrophe. Like that band, Guns Neuroses.

20. You don’t get a lot of “unhorsed” these days.
