We don’t have the full context of this one panel. Superman was giving this booby-trapped Christmas tree to a Soviet village on behalf of the Americans. Not only was it subversive, but it was also a “Trojan horse”.
From which Superman or Action Comics issue does the panel originate, and what year was it published?
Also, who wrote it and who drew it?
The best I could come up with is Action Comics #93, published with the cover date of February 1946.

Thanks! According to the Grand Comics Database the cover art for Action Comics no. 93 is by Wayne Boring and Stan Kaye, and the interior art on the “Christmas ‘Round the World” Superman story is by Ira Yarbrough and Stan Kaye, ghosting for Joe Shuster, and the story might be by Don C. Cameron, ghosting for Jerry Siegel.
The plot revolves around Superman reuniting refugees from all over the world with their families all, in the aftermath of WW II, and witnessing various ways of celebrating Christmas.
I wonder if DC will get around to printing a facsimile edition of Action Comics no. 93 by Christmas of 2026?
