The guy in the second panel looks familiar to me as well. Is it a Vincent Price thing?
He looks more like Don Ameche to me.
Oh, and the man in the third panel is definitely Isaac Newton.
And the man in the fourth panel could be a young Louis Pasteur. So the man in the second panel is probably also a historical figure rather than an actor.
So when do we get Atlas/Seaboard week?

Hi Mike- love the site. I think the man might be Ernie Anderson- tv’s Ghoulardi- a horror host from the sixties.
He looks like one of the Monty Phytons dressed up as the Spanish Inquisition.
